A tropical, stonefruit forward IPA with notable nectarine and mango flavours. Aged on wood for 3 months, tannic qualities play against the soft fruit – creating a perceived sweetness and creaminess. Grapeiness and a full, rounded mouthfeel give chardonnay qualities while a cutting alcohol finishes.

Keg at the Barrel Project, 31/10/19. Hazed golden orange with a decent off white cap Nose is funk, brett, punchy citric rinds, hay bale, farmyard, light dung ... a solid brett laden nostril teaser. Taste comprises wood must, jammy citric shreds, a really good dose of balanced brett, on the turn melon, barnyard, damp wood, dusty funk. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close spiked with a dusty bretty climax. Top use of brett in this number !

Keg, third, shared with Finn at Barrel Project. Patchy white head, hazy golden, lacing rings. Aromas of tropical fruit with a bite of brett. Ripe orange and mango to the taste buds joined by brett and cheese. Drying fruity ending. Fine depth. Refreshing (Bermondsey, London 19.10.2019).
