We got together with our friends at Brighton Craft Beer Festival, to design a beer inspired by the unofficial “spirit of Brighton” - Tuaca. We took a sessionable pale ale and added a brand new product that uses real oak blended with hops – the first time this has been used in the UK. The result is a juicy pale ale with hints of vanilla, spice and citrus peel. It’s full of flavour, yet surprisingly refreshing

Half-pint, on tap at the brewhouse. Shared with Finn. Stable white head, cloudy golden body, faint lacing. Moderate smell of mid-sweet ripe lemon. Herbal hops to the taste profile joined by lemon. Mid-sweet fruity ending. Easy to drink. Satisfying. (Brighton 17.10.2019).

Delt med Rune. Gusjegrågul. Kritthvitt filmskum. Klementinaroma. Smaken metallisk. Litt sitrus. Tørr avslutning.
