Third, cask at Brighton Bierhaus. Clear rosewood body, naked surface, dotted spots on the glass. A bit restrained aroma of chocolate malts. Liquorice and creamy chocolate to the taste character. Rounded mid-sweet ending. Rather thin mouthfeel. Fair enough. (Brighton 17.10.2019).

Svart. Lett lakrisaroma. Mokkafarget filmskum. Smaken litt lær & røyk. Bra men litt tynn.

On cask at the Stockbridge Tap. Appearance - close to black but with red chinks. Nose - light smoke and chocolate. Honeycomb and molasses. Taste - more crunchy molasses and smoke. Palate - crunchy and medium bodied. Dry crunchy finish. Overall - elements of mild or dried stout going on here.
