330 ml bottle. Clear, pale golden or straw colored, it actually looks like white wine. Quite mild and unusually aroma for a cider, not much apples here really. More like some kind of fermented fruit in general with cellar notes. Flavor is rather dry for a cider, but nothing sour, just “not sweet”. Not much apple flavors either, might be some, but tasting this in a blind test I might not guess for a cider at all. Rather strange and unusually for a cider, but not really bad at all. It has clearly a taste of some kind of fermented fruit with a hint of acidity, still not really dry or sweet either. There is also some kind of cellar notes here, no wood or barrel, more like something close to overripe but not in a negative way. Don’t know if this is mixed with grapes, but it has a lot in common with white wine, without really tasting like vine either. Difficult to decide if I like it or not, it does not taste fantastic, but I’m always fascinated with flavors that surprises and is difficult to describe without being really bad either. It’s some kind of novelty in the world of cider and it might depend if you like white wine or not to enjoy this.
