Ale Mary 3,5 %, infused with fresh rosemary, scores all the points for the new profile. Unfiltered, golden yellow ale has a white lacy head. Aroma with floral and herbal notes. Generous taste lifts flowery and citrusy tones in a nice balance with nuances of rosemary, never overpowering. Smooth malt, rounded bitterness, half-bodied mouth feel.

Draught@Huismann, Kokkola. Pale golden colour, small white head. Aroma is grainy, earthy, some diacetyl and mild wooden notes. Flavour is grainy, wooden, mild diacetyl, some dusty and earthy tones. Nothing even remotely close to anything (session) IPA like it was sold as.

Slim 355ml can shared by Finn. Cloudy warm golden body, remaining pearl white head, spotty lacing. Restrained malt-fruity nose, hints of spices. Fruity flavours spiced with cardamon and rosemary. Mid-dry spiced fruity end. Accepted. (Session with djoeye and Finn, Tromsø 14.10.2019).

Delt med djoeye og Rune på Nerstranda. Gyldenbrun. Filmskum. God fruktaroma. Smaken tørket fersken. Litt kardemomme. Bra 3.5-øl.

Smell of malt, paper. Hazy amber colour, high off-white head. Aroma of flowers, malt, paper, some grassy notes and lemon in finish. Sort of bitter. Wild, foamy carbon. Not messy but very unbalanced.

Can 355ml (KSM Kampus)
Amber-copper colour, vanishing head. Bready rosemary aroma. Light-bodied, a bit fizzy. Flavour has a bit honeyish maltyness spiked with rosemary. I don't understand rosemary in the beer in the first place ...
