Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso propende per il fruttato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale, permanendo in maniera sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. Il liquido appare velato. Il colore è rosato carico. Il corpo è rotondo. Il dolce è medio. L'amaro è poco incisivo. La forza gustativa è normale e la permanenza è appena percepibile. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il retrogusto è delicato. Il tetto della bocca riconosce impressioni di zuccherino, miele, lampone e ciliegia.

Pours reddish amber with a brown white tan head. Aroma of stone fruit. Taste has cherry notes with some amber malt. Palate has some mildly sour elements, unremarkable. Interesting.

Bottle, small bubbly head, clear quite dark red color, cherry, maltiness, candy, quite sweet but not cloying. Not too great but quite fun.

500ml bottle, thanks to djoeye for sharing. A beige head to a clear copper coloured body. Lacing rings down the glass. Distinct smell of almond and berry skins. Sweet stewed malt-berry flavours, almond and cherry. Prolonged ending with warmth from the alcohol. A tad too sweet, okay sipper though. Ein Kirsch-Bockbier aus einer ukrainischen Industriebrauerei -mir schwant übles... Und das ist auch eingetreten: Das Getränk (ich will den Begriff Bier oder Radler vermeiden) schmeckt wie Haribo Gummi-Kirschen, die man mit etwas Malzbier und Likör aufgekocht hat. Dazu noch ordentlich extra-Zucker und man sollte den Geschmack und die Konsistenz dieses Getränks bekommen. Wenn man gerne pickig-chemische Kirschbiere mag, dann ja, aber sonst auf jeden Fall nein. Einzig die knallrote Farbe finde ich niedlich. Aber absolut keine Empfehlung.
