We have crafted a straightforward pale ale built on a foundation of pale malt, wheat and oats. This beer is bone dry with a clean and bright finish. We accented this beer with Kohatu and Simcoe Lupulin Powder and finished with a heavy round of dry hopping using more Simcoe Lupulin Powder. Simplicity is beautiful.

Fra fat på På Kornet: uklar lys gylden med kort skum. Fin totalopplevelse med god fruktighet i både aroma og smak - appelsiner, fersken, tørkede aprikoser og litt furunål i en slank maltkropp. Mild bitterhet i ettersmaken. Noe vandig munnfølelse og litt underkarbonert. 6-3-7-3-13.

On tap at Patrick’s. An unclear orange colored beer with a minimal sized white head. Grapefruit, pine cones and a generic returned in the aroma. Not much malts to be found. It’s dry, medium to full bodied and smoothly carbonated. Grapefruit, pine cones, fruityness and a good bitterness. Lasting finish. Delicious bitter and fruity finish. A very pleasant and tasteful beer indeed. 170707
