Bottle at the brewery. Pours a hazy dark orange colour with no head. Spicy aroma of cilantro, sour berries, lime grass, apricot and oranges. Flavour of grass, hay, lemon juice, cilantro and sea buckthorn. Sour, fruity and well balanced. Solid and interesting.

Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, hazy. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish floral, weeds, sour grass, soda powder, flowers, fruit stones, hay, minerals, light malts, fresh wood, bark, leafs, unripe berries, citrus acid. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly harsh sour-ish floral mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Small glass, 170ml, draught at Cafe Sånn. Filmy layer with clingy lacing on the glass. Hazed golden body. Canned fruits on the nose with a yeasty touch. Canned fruity flavours, lightly spiced, and sustain by Belgian yeast strain. Quite refreshing and mouth filling. Decent, far from the best from the brewery. (Tromsø 18.01.2019).

Fra fat på Cafe Sånn. Varm gulbrun. Uklar. Lavt skum som daler sakte. Lett krydderaroma. Smaken kardemomme med hint av fersken & plommer. Syrlig. Tørr avslutning.
