Taste is slightly dry sour-ish mineraly, weeds, dusty spices, hay, paper, soil, toast, roasted grain, wet cardboard, paper, bark, sawdust, fruit stones, old cellar. Medium bitterness, slightly watery and harsh mineraly mouthfeel. Meh.

Draught at Nedre Foss Gård. Shared with Finn. Steady off-white head, spotty lacing, near-clear deep ruby coloured body. Smell of bread, almond and spices. Blended taste of almond, bread, dried fruits and Yuletide spices. Rounded mid-sweet finish. Decent Yuletide feel. (Oslo 04.12.2018).
