Small fizzy-creamy shortlasting head, clear light straw colored. Aroma is mild sour-ish grassy, weeds, hay, flowers, yeast, paper, bark, old potato cellar, boiled vegetables, grain. Taste is slightly sweet mineraly, sawdust, paper, sap, grain, old potato cellar, boiled vegetables, weeds, bark, hay. Little bitterness, slightly watery and harsh mineraly mouthfeel. Drainpour!

Draught at Nedre Foss Gård. Shared with Finn. Patchy white head leaving crocheted lacing on the glass. Wheat haze to a pale golden body. Modest and rather sweet smell of wheat added by citric notes. Ripe banana and some fruity notes to the taste profile, lightly spiced. Mid-sweet ending. Fair enough. (Oslo 04.12.2018).
