GYG 180519. Golden color with white head. Aroma is sourness, citrus, cloudberries. Flavor is sourness, citrus, cloudberries, funk, tropical fruits, lemon. OK beer.

Bottle, courtesy of Cunningham. An almost clear one, golden in color, with a finger-thick creamy white head. Some curtains. Funky nose with lemon zest, lemon juice, some cellar hints and a generic tropical fruityness. A hint of pale malts in the back. It's medium bodied, quite well carbonated and dry, with a soft bitterness. Piney, tropical fruity flavor with lemon juice, funk and a berry-ish touch. Not very cloudberry-ish this one, which isn't strange considering the cost of cloudberries and their subtle nature. 190518

Another beer gift from Cunningham, many thanks! A pearl white head leaving clingy lacing on the glass. Cloudy golden-orange coloured body. Modest smell of cloudberries and dough. Similar taste of mid-sweet cloudberries, dough and saison fruits. Mid-sweet ending. Soft in the mouth. Accepted. (Shared with Finn, hotel room, Oslo 04.12.2018).

Flaske spandert av Cunningham. Imponerende innsats fra ham at Tromsøværingene på tur til Tigerstaden fikk denne i hende. STOR TAKK. Rune & Finn delte denne på rom 911, Hotell Munch Oslo. Mørk gyldengul. Litt uklar. Middels høyt tett skum som daler sakte og etterlater teppelacing. Bæraroma. Smaken har et snev av kokte multer. Lite annet.

Hazed fine yellow golden color. Ok intensity in the aroma. Yes there are some fruity notes. Cloudberry? Ehh hard to say. Tad rich carbonation level and a pleasant acidity. Semi dry ending. Quite fruity this one. Also mild citric. Quite refreshing and fine. Hard to guess that it is cloudberry. Would have been a lot better with a more pleasant carbonation level.

Nice slightly bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head, cloudy. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, minerals, fruit stones, sour grass, berry skin, hay, sour unripe cloudberries, weeds, unripe mountain cranberries. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish mineraly, weeds, minerals, sour grass, paper, bark, sawdust, metal tank, soil, berry skin, yeast, soap, unripe dusty cloudberries. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh mineraly mouthfeel. Weird.
