A hay-yellow blanche, with a slightly hazy and cloudy appearance and a moderate, fine head. The scents are pleasantly citrusy and subtle aromas of spices gradually intensify as the beer becomes warmer. When sipped, it releases a beautiful harmony of cereals and citrus fruits, which mix and blend creating a delicate flowery and spicy balance. The finish is slightly herbaceous and leaves a faint, yet tantalizing peppery note in the mouth.

Bottle (Helsinki Beer Festival 2009) - Cloudy golden with a white head. Spice, lemon, banana and yeast in the aroma. Tangy, spicy and slightly tart taste with notes of lemon, banana and cloves. Refreshing.

Crystal clear blond body with a white head. Perfumed aroma of lavender, hops, ... Moderately sweet, lightly bitter floral flavour. Bit odd.

Flaske 0,25l fra Vinmonopolet, Bestillingsutvalget. Drukket hjemme 9 Jul 12. Veldig lysebrun. Gulskjær. Litt uklar. Medium høyt luftig skum. Beskjeden plommearoma. Søt. Smaken er frukttyggegummi. God - men virker kunstig. Blir veldig søt.

Piwo dość mętne o pomarańczowym zabarwieniu, sporo bąbelków, które szybko ulatują. Smak ciekawy i wyraźny, bardzo kwaskowate, trochę inne niż belgijskie piwa typu wit. Podobny smak i aromat do Meantime White. Polecam.

25cl bottle from Vinmonopolet. Pours hay golden with a small white head. Yeasty and slightly fruity aroma with wheat, spices and a hint of camomile. Lightly sweet and fruity with a somewhat dry and spicy finish. Quite nice witbier, but not a favourite.

Fra flaske på Cardinal i møte med bryggeren selv, Teo Musso. Meget velduftende og lettdrilkelig, et supert sommerøl. " duften av Middelhavet" var målet med dette ølet iflg TM.

Sampled from 0.75l bottle @ Beer Enthusiast release party. This one pours a heavy hazy almost muddy straw-golden body with a small quickly sidesticking off-white head. Really spicy on the aroma! Tons of coriander seeds, herbal grass and lots of sweetish wheat. Not bad - but extreme. It has a strange texture; oily but really fluffy? And, it has a nice average carbonation level. Strong on the flavors also, tons of coriander seeds, a bit yeasty with melon zest and it ends quite dry-ish in the mouth. A intense and quite special wit. Not bad. 23.04.2012

Bottle sample at Beer Enthusiast Release Tasting, Bergen. Is unclear and a bit surprisingly dark straw color, and has almost no head. Have a wonderful spicy aroma of coriander, belgian yeast, sweet fruit, and some perfume towards alcohol. Good spiced and sweet flavours also, along with sweet fruit, melon, and a little bit of sweet berries that reminds me of cloudberries. Soft mouth feel and very low bitterness. A surprisingly sweet beer (almost on the edge), but nice spice notes along the way.

100ml sample, delicately served from tap at Open Baladin. Cloudy amber body, slowly diminishing white tophead. Smell of wheat and fruits. Well blended flavour of coriander, oranges, banana and wheat. Tart and sweet finish. Soft in the mouth. A fine version of the style. Very refreshing (Roma, 31.03.2012).

Draught at Open Baladin Roma. Big spicy nose, creamy wheat, grains, ice cream. Cloudy orange-gold, glowing, with nice lace. Oily, silky, light and soft, with low, low carbonation. Cake-like and grainy, with sweet orange and spices. Nice wit; a bit too sweet for me.
