A hay-yellow blanche, with a slightly hazy and cloudy appearance and a moderate, fine head. The scents are pleasantly citrusy and subtle aromas of spices gradually intensify as the beer becomes warmer. When sipped, it releases a beautiful harmony of cereals and citrus fruits, which mix and blend creating a delicate flowery and spicy balance. The finish is slightly herbaceous and leaves a faint, yet tantalizing peppery note in the mouth.

Bottle from Systembolaget in Rotebro. Hazy golden with a large white head. Refreshing with citrus, spices, hay, yeast, fruit and some notes of dried fruit. A bit different but a descent one. The carbonation was soft as was the mouthfeel.

Flaska från SB. Gyllengul, grumlig, lågt skum. Frisk, örtkryddigdoft, lätt parfymerad av jäst, koriander och citrus. Munkänslan är är lätt, frisk och lite oljig. Lätt smaker och lätt kryddning för att vara en wit, med ett undantag, koriandern. Den sticker verkligen ut på ett bra sätt och ger det annars välkompenerade och friska ölet en rolig tvist. Perfekt sommaröl.

Tap at Open Baladin, Roma, 10/02/13. Hazed pale blonde with a thin off white head that clears to the edge. Nose is pale malt, light grass, citrus, yeast, toffee, banana. Taste follows - not massively packed with flavours - wheat , citrus, yeast, light spice. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation - a little spritzy, dryish finish. Ok drinkable stuff but pretty average.

Pours cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma has notes of malt, wheat, coriander, orange peel and citrus. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long coriander and fruity finish. Body is meidum, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Hazy yellow colour with a small white head that quck vanish. Wheat and mild orange aroma. A bit flat. Maybee the reason that there where almost no head. Otherwise a fine moderate sweet and fresh wheat and light orange flavour.

25 cl bottle. Pours unclear dark yellow, with a light head. Interesting sweet aroma of fruit and berries, with orange and coriander and a whiff of yeast. Quite full, creamy body and soft carbonation. Flavour is sweet malty toffee and yeast, and then…. nothing? A bit disappointing, really.
