A hay-yellow blanche, with a slightly hazy and cloudy appearance and a moderate, fine head. The scents are pleasantly citrusy and subtle aromas of spices gradually intensify as the beer becomes warmer. When sipped, it releases a beautiful harmony of cereals and citrus fruits, which mix and blend creating a delicate flowery and spicy balance. The finish is slightly herbaceous and leaves a faint, yet tantalizing peppery note in the mouth.

Bottles from The Beerhive and Eataly. Hazy golden body with yeast flecks floating around. Massive white head. Lively carbonation. Excellent lacing. Aroma of lemon sorbet, pineapple juice, wheat and candy sugar. Flavour of pineapple juice, lemon, minerals, herbs and bitter sparkling water. Thin body with a spritzy mouthfeel. Fizzy carbonation. An unusual beer - part Saison, part Witbier.

[10/14/13] Draught at Open Baladin in Rome. 5.5%. Cloudy orange with a medium fluffy white head. Aroma of coriander, citrus peels and yeast. Sweetish flavor, slightly sourish, with wheat, some spiciness and citrus. Light to medium-bodied. Decent.

Bottle. Hazy amber/orange with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, yeast and spices. Flavour is malt, fruit, yeast, coriander, spices, little thin, wheat, medium sweet and a little bitter.

Bottle. Hazy hay yellow liquid with small to medium white head. Aroma of bubble gum, perfume, wheat, flowers, bread and hay. Taste is very light sweet and light bitter with notes of wheat, bubble gum and bubble gum. Light to medium bodied with medium carbonation. Quite OK.

Bottle at the GJBF Osaka 2013.A cloudy yellow gold, with a mild fruity aroma. I didn’t realize this was a belgian witbier at the fest. The flavor is very mellow, easy to drink. I got grapefruit, citrus, apricot or peach notes really really pleasant and would make a good everyday beer for me. Not so spicy I think though, so as a witbier subtract 0.5 from my rating but overall nice stuff.

Taste is mild and slightly spiced, light malts, hay, coriander, yeast, grain, herbs, camomile, citrus peel, grass, hints of chalk. Mild mediumlasting bitterness. Really love this one.

8.45oz bottle. Unfiltered orange-tan body. Patchy, soapy white head. Mellow spiced orange aroma. Funky spiced wheat, very unique. The spice actually adds to the enjoyability, rather well incorporated. Lemony orange citrus zest. Enjoyable enough. Sessionable, almost some green herbal tea notes.
