A hay-yellow blanche, with a slightly hazy and cloudy appearance and a moderate, fine head. The scents are pleasantly citrusy and subtle aromas of spices gradually intensify as the beer becomes warmer. When sipped, it releases a beautiful harmony of cereals and citrus fruits, which mix and blend creating a delicate flowery and spicy balance. The finish is slightly herbaceous and leaves a faint, yet tantalizing peppery note in the mouth.

A classic in the northern Italian beer revival, named after the brewer’s son, with the underlying thought that witbier is even good for children... An experimental twist on the Belgian witbier style, with orange and grapefruit juice and refermented with a champagne yeast. Snow white, loose, dissolving head on a pale blond, misty robe with greenish hue. Interesting aroma of figs, limoncello, coriander, lavender, orange peel, aniseed, freshly cut pear, apricot, vanilla; taste a light fruitiness and sweet spiciness, freshly sourish accent, sweet lemons, light and very refreshing. Baladin clearly understands the essence of the witbier genre and this expansion of the genre is righteously famed.

750ml bottle. Hazy, yellowish golden colour with average, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally peppery spicy, slightly yeasty aroma, somehow floral spicy, vaguely fruity background, a chamomile note. Taste is wheaty, fruity, hints of apricot, a really intense and explicit chamomile note as well as other floral notes, some clove, hints of orange zest. Soft palate, soft carbonation, mild and gentle. Excellent interpretation of the style.

Draught, medium stable bubbly head, hazy yellow to light orange colour, light fruity, citrusy aroma with a light spicey touch, yeasty, rubbery, spicey saison like flavour, light body and bitterness, quite muted for the style. Highly drinkable but not exciting.
