A hay-yellow blanche, with a slightly hazy and cloudy appearance and a moderate, fine head. The scents are pleasantly citrusy and subtle aromas of spices gradually intensify as the beer becomes warmer. When sipped, it releases a beautiful harmony of cereals and citrus fruits, which mix and blend creating a delicate flowery and spicy balance. The finish is slightly herbaceous and leaves a faint, yet tantalizing peppery note in the mouth.

Tasted from the tap on the Barcelona Beer Fest (14/03/2015). Cloudy yellow colour with a small shite bubble head. Aroma of wheat, fruits and bread. Taste has tangerine and lemon. Easy to drink and sweet finish. Next one please!

Flaska från Saveur-biere. Smak och doft av vete, jäst, örter, grön banan, koriander med toner av citrus, gröna vindruvor. Lagom sötma, frisk, lätt syrlighet och beska. Rund och len i sin karaktär. Gott!

Sehr schön säuerlicher Witbier-Geruch. Der Antrunk ist süßlich-süffig. Im Hauptteil wird das Bier zitronig-fruchtig, blumig-frisch. Der Nachgeschmack ist süßlich-würzig, Koriander, lang anhaltend. Frische Kräuternoten, sehr mild-samtig. 13/12/13/14

Good looking Wit, hazy straw yellow, good short lasting head of foam, some lacing.

Strong coriander and orange peel in the smell, with a bit of cloves. Spicy and fruity.

The taste has everything I said in the smell but not nearly as vibrant. Big disappointment because it "was" promising.

Light bodied and carbonation, which is fine.

Decent but not worthy of a repurchase.

A classic in the northern Italian beer revival, named after the brewer’s son, with the underlying thought that witbier is even good for children... An experimental twist on the Belgian witbier style, with orange and grapefruit juice and refermented with a champagne yeast. Snow white, loose, dissolving head on a pale blond, misty robe with greenish hue. Interesting aroma of figs, limoncello, coriander, lavender, orange peel, aniseed, freshly cut pear, apricot, vanilla; taste a light fruitiness and sweet spiciness, freshly sourish accent, sweet lemons, light and very refreshing. Baladin clearly understands the essence of the witbier genre and this expansion of the genre is righteously famed.
