A hay-yellow blanche, with a slightly hazy and cloudy appearance and a moderate, fine head. The scents are pleasantly citrusy and subtle aromas of spices gradually intensify as the beer becomes warmer. When sipped, it releases a beautiful harmony of cereals and citrus fruits, which mix and blend creating a delicate flowery and spicy balance. The finish is slightly herbaceous and leaves a faint, yet tantalizing peppery note in the mouth.

0.33 l bottle from Kaufhof (Bonn), best before June 2018. Hazy, golden orange with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, spicy and slightly fruity aroma of coriander, orange peel, peach and hints of banana. Quite sweet, spicy and slightly fruity taste of peach, coriander, orange peel, some honey and hints of banana, followed by a short, slightly bitter, a little sourish and spicy finish with a touch of clove. Almost medium-bodied, smooth and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Nice one, a bit unconventional for a Wit, maybe the bridge towards Gose, but definitely pleasant and quaffable!

F: big, white, very quick gone. C: yellow, hazy. A: malt, wheat, hint of spicy, peppery, orange peels, strong coriander feeling, yeast, herbal. T: wheat, orange peels, fruity, hint of pears and figs, herbal, coriander strong again, good balanced, I like it, medium body, medium to high carbonation, 33cl bottle from Farsons Direct shop in Malta.

Bottle at Brew Beers and Ciders, Sukhumvit, Bangkok. Poured a hazy orange amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is grainy malt, citrus fruit. The flavour is acidic citrus with a light, crisp, wheat, fruit, light dry spice palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.

330ml bottle into weizen glass. Bought at Porters Liquor, Bexley. Pours a hazy golden amber with a towering fluffy white head. Highly effervescent, some sediment visible. Floral/fruity nose. Hints of orange, lemon, chamomile, caramel. Smooth mouthfeel, really goes down well. Finish is sweet and fruity, notes of stonefruit, nutmeg and pear. Great beer, super-easy drinking.

Jun ’16. A 0.75 l bottle. It poured hazy orange body with bigger, but short living head. Coriander, orange, generally fruity (apricot, peach and that stuff), sweet candy, lightly yeasty and chalky wheat aroma. Extremely nice and intense. Flavor was lightly sweet, pleasant, very fruity, too, but less intense than aroma would suggest. Peach, orange, citrus, light honey, sugar, cloves, coriander, lactic-chalk. Full body for the style with long, sweetish candy, chalky and fruity finish. Hard to believe the low ABV. Medium complexity, but very effective and tasty Belgian wit, the best I’ve ever had! And completely in style, so I really don’t get some low ratings here.

Bottle (from SIP). Pours golden with whiteish head. The head stays for a moment. Aroma is fruits, wheat, sourness, slight vegetables. Flavor is sweet, fruits, peach, orange, wheat, spices, some carrots. Overall: ok-ish.
