Our take on the old style Saison (French Summer Beer). A massive mouthful of flavour. Unlike the traditional Saison, we filter ours to serve a clear beer with a slight haze. Best served chilled on along hot summer day.

330ml bottle bought at N.D. John Wines. Shared with Finn. Slow creeper. Patchy surface, cloudy orange coloured body. Fair lacing. Nose is ripe fruits, orange and apricot. Dried fruity flavours added by wheat and bread-like malts. Rounded mid-sweet fruity ending. Bit heavy to drink. Pleasing to a certain extent. (Hotel room, Swansea 01.10.2018).

Flaske fra N. D. John Wines, Swansea. Drukket på rom 216 Premier Inn City Centre, Swansea. Delt med Rune. Gusjegrågul. Vil gjerne ut av flaska. Lavt tett skum. Stikkelsbæraroma. Smaken tørket frukt. Litt søt. Vel mye kullsyre.
