Hazy blond color. The aroma is mellow and strongly spicy (coriander), good. The mouthfeel is dry, a bit aggressive, with dry malt flavor, strong bitterness, some hop oils, lemon peel, dry spices and light magnesia, less interesting than the aroma. Ordinary craft French Ale.

Bottled. Hazy amber colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is a lot of spices, fruits and some mild alcohol. Flavour is yeast, fruits, some alcohol and clove. A quite Christmassy touch over it, though it isn’t a Xmas beer, this beats many winter/Xmas seasonals.

Hazy amber-nut brown color, small steady off-white head. Spicey clove aroma, a bit metallic too, very Christmasy aroma. Decently balanced malt profile in the background, some bitterness, some spices. Fizzy carbonation. Bitterness in the aftertaste. Nice one.
