La Mutine Blanche tient sa couleur du malt de froment dont elle est issue. Cette bière artisanale vous accueillera par une agréable sensation désaltérante avec en dernière notes des arômes épicés et fruités (agrumes).

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy, golden with a fizzy white head. Yeasty, fruity nose. Medium body, again somewhat fruity but completely dominated by massive Belgian yeast with a hint of metal. Overly carbonated, the kind of beer that foams up in your mouth. Ends dry. As a Wit it's a very simple and unrefined example. 140819

Bottle at Camping Kost-Ar-Moor. Hazy pale golden with big bubbly head and lot of bubble action. Lemon up front, fresh coriander, light cloves. Light sweet, moderate herbal bitterness, predominant lemon zest. Thin body, above average carbonation. Alright witbier. Cool labels on this series. --- Beer merged from original tick of Mutine Blanche on 18 Dec 2017 at 11:23 - Score: 6. Original review text: 3.2
