Almost complete black with a fine tan head. Solid aroma with a fine bourbon profile. Solid body and a tad rich carbonation level. Balanced sweetness. Balanced fine bourbon in the flavor. Also some oak and a fine dark malt profile.

Fra flaske 375ml på bryggeripuben 14 Jan 18. Delt med Rune. Så vidt gjennomskinnelig dyprød / svart. Kjempehøyt betongskum med litt farge. Aroma av søt whisky. Silkemyk munnfølelse. Smaken kokos. Godt øl. Velintegrert bourbon.

375ml dark green bottle, shared with Finn at Hops & Barley. Dense, bubbly, fawn-coloured head with fine retention. Deep black body. Mid-sweet malty aromas of oak and chocolate. Dark and black, mid-sweet, malty flavours joined by oak and earth on a backbone of bourbon. Rounded and lingering aftertaste of mid-sweet malts with the bourbon touch. Well bodied. Tasty (Berlin 14.01.2018).
