There’s a desert dry finish to this beer, dark brown sediment powders the silky head. Color is reddish brown , aroma is slightly sour . Taste is very faint with a touch of bitterness and a lot of dryness. Very different for a fruit based beer, especially a the ABV is lot higher than the norm for the style.

Bottle. Pours a hazy reddish color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty berry aroma. Fruity malty spicy elderberry flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy elderberry finish.

Pours hazy red with an off white head. Slightly sour acidic aroma. Flavour is pretty skunky, probably because o the clear bottle. Flavour is very like a cheap lager.

bottle from Village de la Bière Strasbourg. Hazy red colour, large white head. Malty-fruity nose. Malty with a spicy herbal character, hardly any fruit detectable. Not bad.

Decent vaguely pink head, red-amber colour. Not much of an aroma but there’s some cherries in there. Taste is strong barley notes with heavy malt - where’s the fruit? Rather watery however. Not much to recommend in this one.

Bottle 330ml. clear glass.Unclear hazy medium red amber color with a small, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, caramel, berry, elderberries i can read. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. Hazy amber with a medium beige head. Malty aroma with caramel and fruity notes. Flavour was fruity with roasted malt, caramel and hoppy notes. Finished dry.

33 cL clear bottle. Pours hazy dark orange with a small white head. Dry malty and slight roasted aroma. Sweet, light citric and toasted malty flavoured. Light spiced and roasted flavoured. Bitter and citric finish.
