Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a hazy amber with a dissipating off-white head. Sweet malty nose with a whiff of yeast. Medium body, dry, astringent berry-like accents. Dry and astringent finish. Quite drinkable. 100110

Bottled. Ambery red colour with mediumsized creamy white head. Aroma is strawberries, raspberries, some more sour berryish notes as well as hops and some spices. Flavour is grassy with some mild berryish notes. A lot of grassyness in the aftertaste.

Hazy red color, small creamy reddish head. Cooked vegetables and berries in the nose. Spicey, papery flavor. In the finish especially some peppery notes. Some way very odd brew, but as such quite drinkable.

Bottle. Golden colour with an off-white head. Aroma is fruit, flower, yeast, fruit. Flavour is dry, sour, sweet, flower, yeast, fruit, hop. Nice beer.

Bottle. Creamy white excellent mostly lasting head. Reddisch brown muddy colour. Light hoppy flowery aroma. Light bitter flavor. Average bitter finisg. Slightly harsh. Watery palate.

Bottled. A golden, unclear beer with floaties and an off-white head. Fruit, daisy flowers, hops, malt and caramel aroma. Nice in a way, but still not my cup of tea. The flavor is a bit sweet, with fruits, some grain and malt. Thin body and a sweet and bitter, malty finish. A bit special, but indeed drinkable. (070413)

Bottled. Cloudy orange-brown with rich, lively pale apricot coloured head. Balsamic lingonberry aroma. Sweet and medium bodied with foft mouthfeel. A peppery sensation from the berries along with a surpising dash of hop bitterness in the finish.

A red beer with a beutiful light brown head. The aroma is very sweet with notes of berries, I detect red currant. The flavor is light with notes of berries. A very nice beer - I wouldn’t be able to tell, that this is a wheat beer.

Colour is deep-red as cherry-beer. Pinkish-red foam, slightly gushing. A 'beery', slightly hoppy (as from pellets) aroma, and precious little else. Taste: HOPS! - I didn't know hopcones were elderflowers or -berries! The hopflavour is so outspoken that no fruit flavour comes through. There is a certain adstringency, and an ever so slight hint at acidity. Aftertaste is bitter and still slightly adstringent. Adding the yeast only makes it a bit more creamy and not more fruity. I like IPA's, whether British or American - or Breton for that matter. But from an elderberry beer I expect something else...
