440 ml can, batch #110, from Vinmonopolet Jørpeland. ABV is 7.4%. Murky brownish-golden colour, moderate white head. Fresh and pleasant aroma of American hops, notes of citrus and spruce. Fizzy mouthfeel. Medium dry flavour, fairly bitter and resinous hops throughout.

Can, courtesy of Bergstaden. A mostly clear, dark golden colored beer with a small off-white head. The aroma is more on the malty side than I prefer, caramel, bread and pale malts, with a pleasant piney, orangey and grapefruity hoppyness. It's full-bodied and nicely carbonated, mostly on the dry side, with a decent bitterness. Wouldn't mind more bitterness. Pine cones, grapefruit, pale malts, some bread and caramel, leading to a hop driven finish with a malty backdrop. A rather throwback-ish IPA, but it's nice anyway. 180602

440 can, batch 54, from Vinmonopolet Langnes. A frothy, bubbly, pearl white head leaving lacing rings down the glass. Hazy warm golden body. Orange on the nose, doughy. Taste of citrus, wheat, and pineapple followed by pine and spicy bitterness to the ending. Soft in the mouth. Does not taste like a 7.4 % beer. Decent with our turkey fillets. (Tromsø 02.01.2018).

Big fizzy-creamy longlasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet grassy, wet leafs, wet grass, strawberry jam, minerals, cardboard, wet hay, bark, butterscotch, sawdust, harsh hops, alcohol, old moss. Taste is dry and harsh grassy, weeds, bark, old leafs, cardboard, wet hay, harsh hops, alcohol, fruit stones, wet grass, old moss, sawdust. Medium bitterness, harsh mineraly mouthfeel. Meh!
