Cask at the Temple Brewhouse and distinct from the retired Battle of the Bar Amber 4.5%. Pours dark amber with a small lasting off-white head. Aroma of sweet maple syrup, rye, malt and dark fruits. Towards heavy sweetness, light to moderate bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Sweet maple and caramel finish.
