Our 4.8% abv Premium Lager takes its influence from Czech-style pilsners with a light golden colour produced from a combination of floor-malted English barley.
Hopped using noble Czech Saaz and German Tettnang, our lager is lovingly and slowly matured for six weeks prior to fine-filtering and then bottling.

Bottle from Crockford Bridge Farm Shop, Addlestone. Gassy grassy aroma. Medium gold. Shoals of bubbles. Thick foam head. Initial honey sweetness before a medium bitterness sweeps in. Malty. A touch antiseptic. Could have been now chilled, I guess Light bodied. Soft mouthfeel. Initial fizzy carbonation itself then softens. Dry finish. It's alright. Not the worst attempt at a Pilsener.
