Gushes out of the bottle, hazy golden that has floatis with a solid white head that goes away slow - Some floral hop aroma with yeasty notes - Malt body with grapefruit flavour with bitterness and there is a yeasty flavour in the back - The grapefruit flavour with bitterness goes into the finish - This was ok

Bottle. An unclear orange colored beer with a lively carbonation and a big, firm, off-white head leaving lacing. The aroma is sort of funky, still not really, but with a funky kind of fruityness and a touch of leather. Spiced notes and sulphur too, the sulphur levels fortunately reduced after some time. Pine cones and grapefruit, some white sugar and Belgian yeast. The flavor seems quite fruit dominated, with a good dash of yeast. Some pale malts in the back, and a light spiced touch, but mostly it resiny, piney and grapefruity hops. I wouldn't mind the bitterness more pronounced. Full to medium body, semi-dry on the palate, perhaps a bit too heavy on the carbonation. Long fruity finish with a surprising touch of alcohol, as well as fruity hops. A beer that shows the first impression isn't always what you should judge from. 171003
