Flaske 330ml på Skarven. Mørk gylden. Lavt tett skum. Ferskenaroma. Smaken mandler & aprikos med innslag av karamell etter hvert. Uklar siste kvelling. Mye bunnfall igjen på flaska. Bra øl.

330ml bottle, lot #042, at Blå Rock Café. Cloudy amber-gold body. Two finger thick, beige head reduced to a remaining layer. Spotty lacing. Fruity aroma of mid-sweet orange, grassy hops. and peach with hints of malted wheat. Smooth taste of grass, peach and fresh apricot, mild caramel sweetness beneath. Bittersweet fruity ending. Medium bodied. Promotes a summer feel, nice with the spicy Dead Kennedys burger as well (Tromsø 11.06.2015).

Bottle at home. Has a slightly hazy orange color and is topped with fine light beige foam. Not surprisingly fruity aroma, and it is clear that the hop Summer is drawing some fruity notes reminiscent of peach, grapefruit and lemon. In addition theres some mowed grass and pine. The taste is similar with notes of pine and grapefruit, and more grassy hops. Aftertaste is slightly sweet with pale malt. Mouth feel is light and smooth, and the beer has a pleasant moderate bitterness. Personally I preferred a little clearer aroma and taste, but this is a balanced, fruity and easy drinking pale ale that could be an excellent summer ale.
