Melba is a new beer in our Single Hop Range. Melba or “The Dame of Hops” as it is affectionately known, is an Australian hop added at three different stages of the brewing process to impart its clean, spicy bitterness, with aroma and flavours of passion fruit, grapefruit and citrus.

Fra cask på Cambrian Tap Cardiff 2 Mai 17. Gylden. Filmskum. Veldig lett fruktaroma. Smaken tørr aprikos. Syrlig - emmen ettersmak. Off?

Cask ale, half-pint, shared with Finn at The Cambrian Tap. Lasting white head, dotted spots on the glass. Clear Warm golden body. Spiced fruity nose, vinegar to it. Taste of bread and spiced apricot, vinegar backbone. Certainly not in its best condition. (Cardiff 02.05.2017).
