6/4/2022. Cask at Brewhouse & Kitchen, Bristol. Pours almost clear pale golden with a small bubbly/frothy white head. Aroma is soapy, chalky, leafy, citrus, straw. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Moderate body, oily watery mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Tastes better than aroma.

Fra cask på bryggeripuben 30 Apr 17. Gyldengul. Litt uklar. Skum langs glasset. Lett & god ferskenaroma. Smaken også fersken. Litt tynn. Sånn passe.

Cask, half pint shared with Finn at Brewhouse & Kitchen. Spotty lacing from a low white head. Hazy grey-golden body. Grain and citrus on the nose. Grapefruit and bread to the taste buds. Decent partner to the feta salad. (Bristol 30.04.2017).
