Wiltshire's Tipsy Farmers - what did you think it stood for?

A pale chestnut beer, hints of caramel and toffee from the malt and then leathered with a bucket full of NZ hops at flame out to give it a refreshingly hoppy finish. A firm favourite.

Malt : Cara-malt, Crystal 150, Venture, Wheat
Hops : Crystal (US), Sterling (US), Wai-iti (NZ), Chinook (US), Willamette (US)

Cask-conditioned at Timbrell’s Yard, Bradford-on-Avon 12/8/2017. Golden in colour with a frothy, white, head. Light citrus and white bread aroma, followed by stone fruit flavours and biscuity malts leading to a moderately bitter finish. Fine.

From gravicask at The 25th Tuckers Maltings Beer Festival, shared with Finn. Pearl white head that laced fine. Close to clear warm amber in body colour. Distant malt-fruity nose. Grain fruity flavours added by a piney touch. Short lived bittersweet end. Easy going. Satisfying (Newton Abbot 28.04.2017).
