Malted Wheat; Lager and Pale malts
Naturally hazy golden traditional South German wheat beer, with banana, clove, vanilla and lemon aroma, mildly hopped to bring forward the bread-like malt and crisp yeast flavours.

Bottle, limited edition with artificial wax seal that needs about 10mins of attention to dangerously remove with knives and scissors, 4,95GBP per 0,5l. Cloudy pale yellow with huge white head. Lively carbonation, wheaty and yeasty with a very shy fruity touch.

Gravicask at The 25th Maltings Festival. Firm white head, golden- orange body with a wheat haze. Fair lacing. Clove and ripe banana nose. Banana sweetness to the flavour profile joined by wheat and a touch of citric towards the ending. Not overly sweet. Accepted. (Newton Abbot 28.04.2017).
