330 ml can, as Graff Reformator Doppelbock, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 8.8%. Mahogany colour, moderate beige head. Aroma of malts, caramel, dark dried fruits and mild spices. Flavour with the same elements, not as sweet as I feared after reading the description. Moderate bittering hops in the finish. Good beer!

330ml draught at Ølhallen. Almost black in the glass, tiny beige head, scattered lacing. Inviting aromas of dark chocolate and nuts, smoothly roasted. Well blended taste of dark bread, chocolate-caramel, and nuts. Lingering, nicely roasted dark malty finish. Well bodied. A tad better than the original one. Like it. (Tromsø, 12.06.2025).

Bottled (from Vinmonopolet@AIH218. Ambery brown colour, small off-white head. Aroma is burnt sugar, some syrup, wood, sweet malts and some ryelike notes. Flavour is fruity, dried fruity and some slight toffee and alcohol. Wooden taste and somewhat dry palate in the finish.

Ruby colour, small beige head. Caramel, toffee, a bit of cardboard. Medium-bodied. Toffee, malts, low bitterness. Decent but quite simple sweet doppelbock.

KØLF 160819. Red dark brown color with a beige head. Aroma is caramel, malt. Flavor is caramel, malt, pine, sugar. Nice beer.
