Boks 500ml spandert av Rune. Delt med ham i WCveien 10 Des 16. Amber. Middels høyt luftig skum. Litt lacing. Lett fruktaroma. Smaken karamell med hint av svisker. Tørr avslutning.

500ml can bought from djoeye. Bright copper coloured body, decent beige head, Spotty lacing. Aromas of grass and leafy hops. Grainy flavours supported by impact of ripe citrus. Leafy bittersweet endnotes. Medium to thin bodied. Satisfying (Shared with Finn, Tromsø 10.12.2016).

Draught@SOPP Helsinki 2016. Amber colour, small slightly off-white head. Aroma is grainy, some bready and mild floral and grassy notes. Flavour is quite similar with a quite crisp bite to it. Nothing that special...

A reddish coppery beer, a head is medium and light beige. Aroma has caramel maltyness, some fruitness, toffee and piney woodness. Taste has wooden bitterness, slightly caramel, harshness that’s even stronger in the end. Quite light bodied. Again too harsh beer from Saimaa.

Can 0.5l at home, Vantaa. Enjoyed straight from the can. Aromas and flavours: Caramel, some fruits, pine, hops, dryness, grass and malts. Nice dry hoppiness. Very good "bulk" amber.

As I am the fan of Saimaan Brewer’s Special American Red Ale, this one was interesting. Deep ruby-amber color, small steady beige head. Caramalt, toffee, light yeasty notes in the nose. Light to medium-bodied. Front has piney hops, then crystal malts sweetness. Finish is quite malty with notes of caramel. In the aftertaste again bitterness. Quite nice amber ale and not so far from their American Red Ale.

50cl can. Poured amber color with a thick white head. Caramel, malt hops and some woody notes. Stuffy hoppy flavor making it tough to drink. Malt driven.
