Årets påskeøl er en overgjæret hveteøl inspirert av tysk hefeweizen. Ølet er tåkete med litt gjærbunnfall for å gi den karkteristiske smaken. Humla som er benyttet er Mandarina Bavaria som gir preg av mandarin og klementin. Etter gjæring er det tilsatt dvergappelsiner kumquat som er en søt og syrlig sitrusfrukt proppfull av vitaminer.

500ml bottle, batch 27, trade with Bergstaden. Rocky beige head. Near clear golden body. Clingy lacing. Half dry smell of wheat and fruits. Mixed taste of banana sweetness and fruits on a backbone of wheat. Very soft on the swallow. Satisfying (Shared with Finn and djoeye, Tromsø 06.11.2016).

Bottle. A lightly hazy golden beer with a dense, two-finger white head. The aroma has some banana and orangey fruityness, with a yeasty, malty caramel touch. It’s medium bodied and appropriately carbonated, semi-sweet. The flavor is quite pleasant, with pale malts and some caramel in the back, and banana and orangey flavors up front. Some bitterness too, especially in the finish. But nevertheless, it’s far from an interesting one, but at least easy drinkable. 160806

Pours hazy deep golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, banana, yeast, caramel and hint of orange. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long malty, yeasty and banana finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is very fizzy.

Hazy deep golden color with a quite huge white head. A bit to much unpleasant yeast in the aroma. Medium body and a bit rich carbonation. Fizzy texture. An ok mellow sweetness. Some banana, fruity and malty flavor. A decent flavor, but this beer was kind of destroyed by a unpleasant aroma and a to high carbonation.

Hazy golden with a white head - Wheat, malt, citrus and some yeast in the aroma - Wheat flavour with some weak hints of citrus and weak hints of yeast - Short finish that has some wheat and small hints of citrus - This was ok
