Cask ale, half pint, shared with Finn at Fortescue Hotel. Close to clear warm golden body. Fine lacing from a patchy white surface. Aroma of bread and dusty hops. Mixed taste character of hoppy fruit, bread and a lightly touch of caramel. Smooth and dry, short-lived end. Fair enough (Plymouth 22.09.2016).
