Bottled (from Vinmonopolet Kirkenes). Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is a bit tart and funky farmyard. Flavour is sweet malts, sweet fruits, some raisins, mild floral and yeasty notes to it. Nice spiciness.

Dark amber colour, good off-white cloudy head. Aroma has berries, cellar and hay. Light-bodied. No idea to age this till 2019 as it is already past its prime. Hayish, cellary hoppyness. Malts are berryish and even a bit bready. Nope.

Lys brun tåkete med fingerhøyt beige skum. Maltig lukt, nøtter og korn. Middels fyldig. Nøtter, trevirke, korn og sitrus. Middels lang.

Bottle, at Duggfrisk. A dense, finger-thick beige head sits on top of an unclear dark orange colored beer. Caramel, some oak notes and vanilla in the aroma. It’s full-bodied and nicely carbonated, with a malt dominated flavor of caramel borderline toffee, some notes of dark dried fruits, vanilla and a subtle oak touch. Long finish. Sure drinkable and far from bad, it just didn’t suit my palate. 160820

Duggfrisk 2016. Golden-orange color with an off-white head. Aroma is malt, wood, caramel. Flavor is malt, wood, hop, pine, vanilla, caramel. OK beer.

Flaske via DjOeye. Aroma aprikos, blåbær, karamell, malt. Utseende klar brun/orange med mey hvitt luftig skum. Smak karamell,malt, noe frukt, malt, bitterbesk smak av tresirup i ettersmaken

Flaske 330ml fra Vinmonopolet Tromsø - Sentrum. Drukket på Lillehøgda 11 Sep 16. Aprikosfarget. Uklar. Middels høyt luftig skum som daler sakte. Tett treaktig aroma. Smaken sevje. Lett syrlig etter hvert. Tørr avslutning. Mye bunnfall.

Für die Summe von 8 € bekommt man im norwegischen Staats-Alkoholgeschäft eine 0,33 l-Starkol-Flasche. Da es über 3,5% Alkohol hat, gilt es als stark. Schmecken tut es eher nach einem Bock. Dieser ist ganz gut gelungen, obwohl es ein bisschen zu bitter ist. Man kann es schon trinken, aber diesen Geschmack kriegt man auch billiger.
