Nesten helt klar. Tydelig fylde og endel hvetepreg. Robust bitterpreg i ettersmaken, og solid preg av saisongjær. Nydelig etter en lang dag med jobbseminar.

Brun farge med offwhite skum som blir liggende. Lukter typisk saison. Noe krydder, korn og sitrus i smak. Godt karbonert.

03.10.2020, 0,75l bottle shared @ Ofstad beer camp:
Big fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, slightly cloudy. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish floral, weeds, sour grass, minerals, yeast, flowers, old rope, bark, paper, herbs, pepper corn. Taste is slightly harsh sour-ish mineraly, weeds, bark, yeast, metal tank, sour grass, fruit stones, hay, flowers, paper, old wash cloth. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly harsh sour-ish floral mouthfeel. Not really my cup of coffee.

Bottle. Slightly unclear golden body with a nice white head. Mild aroma of pale malt, wheat, spices and some esters. Taste like aroma, a decent, mild, but typical Saison. Feels a bit plain, thin bodied and suffers from the low ABV, otherwise a decent low alcohol alternative.

On tap at Både&. An unclear orange colored beer with a minimal sized off-white head. The aroma is quite fruity, lightly malty and with a yeasty spiced note. The flavor is pretty much the same, slightly fruity sour and with a decent bitterness. Medium body, dry and with a soft carbonation. Lasting finish. A decent one, but a tad on the sour side. 170520
