Bottle 33 cl, at Mathallen, Tromsø. Golden, cloudy with a medium white head. Wheat and light sitrus aroma. Bitter with mild wheat END.

From tap at Apollon Platebar with ASM 18.08.16. Unclear yellow. Even white head. Fine lacing. Aroma and acid taste of bitter papaya, cardamom, salt strawberries, tropical fruits, flowers and coriander. Hints of gose. Banana flambé in aftertaste. An interesting beer!

Nice creamy mediumlasting head, slightly hazy. Aroma is strange fruity, yeast, bubblegum, flowers, butter, sour grass, butterscotch, banana. Taste is slightly dry and harsh, weeds, bark, harsh yeast, paper, minerals, alcohol, almond essence, sour grass, hay, medicine. Medium bitterness, harsh yeasty mouthfeel. Meh!

Fra fat på Humle & Bier, et Ølverksted - i Tromsø 28 Mai 16. Bananfarget. Tett skum. Uklar. Beskjeden bananaroma. Smaken plommer & banan. Lett syrlig etter hvert. Av de bedre hveteølene.

Taster, on tap at Humle & Bier . Golden body with a wheat haze. Spotty lacing from a remaining low white head. Mid-dry banana aromas with citric hints. Nicely blended taste profile of ripe citrus, wheat and banana. Rounded wheat fruity ending. Fine bodied. Well crafted version of the style, not overly sweet (Verkstedet, Tromsø Kulturhus 28.05.2016).
