Lys brun klar med høyt hvitt skum. Lukter gjær, eple, lime, banan, hvete og noe metall. Lett. Smaker hvete, krydder og noe gjær. Noe eplesyrlighet. Frisk. Kort.

Can. It’s a crystal clear golden beer topped by a finger-thick white head. Lots of banana and cloves on the nose, soon diminishing. It’s lightly bready and grassy too. Medium to thin bodied, a bit low on carbonation for the style, and rather dry, with a light sweetish flavor. Bitterness at a decent level. Banana, some bubble gum and cloves and a faint lemon touch and a quite long finish that is too much on the bready side. Nothing special going on here, but it’s a decent one. Rather weird to name it Hefe Weissbier when it’s crystal clear. 160311

Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, wheat, yeast and banana. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long wheat, yeasty and banana finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.
