Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet grainy, weeds, toast, dried grain, grass, minerals, caramel, yeast, alcohol, nuts. Taste is dry mineraly, weeds, minerals, bark, grass, dried grain, toast, paper, hay, almond essence, burnt caramel, nuts. Medium bitterness, slightly dry and harsh mouthfeel. Boring.

355ml draught at Burgr. Crocheted lacing from a stable low beige head. Near clear amber coloured body, a reddish glint to it. Aroma of bread and caramel. Rounded taste profile of dark dough, caramel and a nicely touch of dark fruits towards the ending. Medium bodied. Clean in the mouth. Burger matching (Tromsø 29.04.2016).

Growler 2000ml kjøpt på Brygghuset. Brukt som matøl på Lillehøgda påsken -16 med godt resultat! Delt med flere. Mørk brun. Høyt luftig skum som daler sakte. Litt filigranser. Lett maltaroma med en anelse røstighet. Smaken balansert. Litt malt. Spor av karamell. Blir litt syrlig & tørr etter hvert. Utmerket øl. Typeriktig. Topp butikkstyrkeøl.
