A gorgeous floral and fruity ale which is brewed and dry hopped using copious amounts of cascade hops. The strong hop taste stays with you to the bottom of the glass. This is a dry hopped version of Falls Gold which has been fermented over a longer period of time and at a lower temperature to reduce the ABV slightly whilst retaining body. It has a strong Cascade hop nose and taste.

Cask at White Hart, Tongham. Floral citrus and grass aroma. Malty too.. Medium amber. Splodgy white head. Light sweet, with a light bitter core. Sweet citrus fruits plus grapefruit. Malts. Light bodied but slick with soft carbonation. Abrupt finish. Pleasant if not overly exciting.

Cask at George (JDW) in Croydon. Spotty lacing from a filmy layer. Clear dark golden body. Smell of grain and ripe citrus. Grapefruit and peach upfront to the taste buds, grainy malts beneath. Ends with mild fruity bitterness. Refreshing (Shared with Finn, 28.11.2015).

Fra cask på George Croydon 28 Nov 15. Delt med Rune. Gyldenbrun. Filmskum. Bra ferskenaroma. Tynn lacing. Smaken søt fruktig & litt bær. Blir syrlig bitter etter hvert. Avslutter tørt. Behagelig & balansert.

Gravity dispense at the 15th Kingston BF, 16/05/14. Clear golden with a small off white head of bubbles. Nose is caramel, straw, light bread dough, bitter orange. Taste comprises citric rind, caramel, bready malts, orange pith. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close. So so GB, not a patch on their Evolution No.4!
