Bottled (thanks Rune). Deep ambery brown colour with a small beige head. Aroma is liquorice, toffee and some hops. Flavour is fruity, floral and mildly toffeeish. Mild iron notes as well.

(Bottle, 0.5 l - lot 1 - tappedato 31032015 - BB 31032016, thanks Rune, 20160416) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts and liquorice. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, sweetness, ash and bitterness. Aftertaste was ashy and bitter. A decent but too burnt brew.

50cl bottle, hotel room, Helsinki. Pours near black with a thin off white head. Milky, sweet, roasty aroma. Flavor has roastedness, coffee, some ash. Light body but ok flavors.

Bottle (Scandic hotel room). Opaque black color, small steady beige head. Coffee, vegetables, caramel. Medium-bodied. Caramel, some grassy hops, coffee. A bit acidic coffee drink.

Flaske via DjOeye. Aroma Sjokolade, lakris, røsteed malt. Utseende sort med offwhite skum. Smak røsted malt, sjokolade, lakris, noe kaffe i kanten. En godt balansert og god stout.

Flaske 500ml - lot 1 - tilveiebragt av djoeye. Svart. Veldig høyt mokkafarget skum som daler veldig sakte. Bra sjokoladearoma. Smaken har nyanser av sjokolade, lakris & røstet malt. Velbalansert. Tørr avslutning. Godt øl!

500ml bottle, lot: 1, provided by djoeye. Moderate tan-coloured head that stayed well and left solid artwork on the glass. Devil-black body. Smell of chocolate, sweet and salty liquorice and wood. The taste profile consists of chocolate, earth, liquorice and cold coffee. Delicately bitter roasted ending. Drinks well. Vivid stout (Tromsø 24.04.2015).
