Flaske 330ml på Blå Rock 5 Feb 15. Mørk aprikosfarget. Bra skum. God fruktaroma. Smaken sammensatt. Ulik frukt. Svakt sitruspreg etter hvert. Behagelig øl. Skryt til bryggeriet for gode øl - og til Blå Rock for en flott lineup av øl fra Bådin!

330ml bottle at Blå Rock Café. Pours an off-white head with fine retention and lacing. Hazy orange coloured body. Grassy hops on the nose, hints of citrus. Hop fruity flavours of pine and lemon, mild malty sweetness beneath. Long-lived dry bitter ending. Medium boded. Pleasant (Tromsø 16.01.2015).

Bottle at Kaptein Larsen, Bod. Has a slightly hazy orange color and a creamy beige colored foam head. Fruity hops tones in the aroma but maybe a bit cautious to an IPA to be. Still theres grass, pine needles and some citrus. The flavour has more hops but more grass-like. Theres still room for grapefruit, more pine needles and grains. Mouth feel is where it should be; smooth and soft. The bitterness leans against a powerful level, but acting tamed and balanced. This is an IPA where the hop Nelson Sauvin emerges through both taste and aroma. This is probably not my favorite hop, and for me the beer is a bit unbalanced and one-dimensional. Yet this is really a fresh IPA, and perfect for hop heads that like Nelson Sauvin.
