Aroma sitrus, karamell. Utseende gylden med hvitt skum. Smak pilsnermalt, humle, karamell, sitrus. Fyldig godt øl, lettdrikkelig.

Husøl på Casa Inferno, Tromsø 17 Jan 15. Veldig uklar. Filmskum. Aroma av krydder. Smaken har også krydderpreg med innslag av søt frukt. Holder seg uforandret. Gjennomgående gjærpreg.

350ml draught as Birra Inferno at Casa Inferno. Cloudy apricot coloured body with just a ring of bubbles to the rim of the glass. Minimal lacing. Spiced fruity aroma, mid-sweet. Sweet taste of wheat, spiced with coriander and joined by pears and citric hints towards the ending. Drying palate. Medium to thin bodied. Refreshing moments. Quite nice with my parma pizza. Far from a typical version of the style (Tromsø 26.01.2015).
