Bottle @ Brad’s house Minneapolis. Pours a hazy, whitish yellow appearance with a small white head. Grainy, straw, pale malty, fairly herbal aroma. Bitter, light lemon, straw, hay, grainy flavor. Bleh.

Draft at Dexters. Hazy, maybe just chill haze, yellow tan. Cushiony, steady, thick head. I don;t get much aroma through the pillowy head, a little sweetness maybe. Straightforward beer-beer, but well done. Creamy lager tones, some almost corny sweetness. More macro-like as it warms. Still has some nice yeasty lager tones. OK. A touch of butter?

probably the most average of the Bell’s beers. Purchased thinking it was the Third Coast Olde Ale - super light beer but for it’s kind, not that bad

Purchased at In Fine Spirits in Chicago, IL; enjoyed on the last Friday of the horrible month of February...good riddance last month of winter! Appearance a cloudy gold with a thin white head and tons of little bubbles that look like yeast sediment. Aroma of bread and malts, somewhat sweet, like the middle ground between a brewery and a bakery. Taste is mostly of bread, a touch of malt but mostly bready yeast, decent carbonation. It’s not bad, simply average craft brew.

12 oz. bottle. Pours gold with a medium head and nice lacing and a ton of particulates. The aroma is wheat, yeast, and yard clippings. The flavor is bitter, with little malt sweetness to balance it. The palate is harsh and acidic. Overall, a plain beer.

Bottled (from Cracked Kettle). Slightly hazy golden colour with a mediumsized fluffy head that settles into a thin foam. Slight lacing as well. Aroma is fruity and floral hops with some bready malts as well as mild herbal notes. Flavour is quite similar with a rather big dry hoppyness striking in the finish.

A nice beer but not terribly interesting. The beer is a hazy pale golden color with an okay head. The nose doesn’t exactly blow me away, but there’s nothing offensive about it and I can imagine a bit more hop aroma from a very fresh bottle, not that this one is old. The nose has a bit of spicy, earthy, mineral hops against a backdrop of pale malt. The flavor is similar with a bit of grassiness coming in and touches of lemon and corn.

12 ounce bottle from a friend. Pours a lightly hazy golen color with a medium white head. Lots and lots of visible carbonation. Good head retention and lacing. Aroma of pale malts, caramel and grassy hops. The taste is very bitter grassy hops, pale biscuity malts. Medium bodied. Decent.

Bottled at Monk’s Café Wallingatan, Stokholm. Clear golden with lots of sediment and rich, firm airy head. Light orange aroma. Dryish and fruity with vanilla and orange. Lightly grainy with light body and clean mouthfeel. Orangey somewhat resiny bitterness, The clean mouthfeel makes it less drinkable.
