St Petrus is a dry stout, dark black in colour with a smooth roasted malt character and a slight coffee flavour. Made with a mixture of 5 malts the mouthfeel is full bodied but not overly thick. The sweet malts are perfectly balanced by using nobble English hops providing the drinker with a well balanced traditional stout.

Jet black body. A few patches on the surface. Aroma of leafy hops and earthy malts. Flavoured with dark fruits and semi-sweet malts. Dry roasted bitter endnotes. Half, gravity dispense at the 36th Steel City Beer Festival in Sheffield 30 Sep 10.
