Cask Conditioned at J.D. Wetherspoon - Shakespear Head, London
Amber color. Not aggressive Bitter (more an Amber Ale), with some residual sweetness and a light bread/cookie touch, yet balanced and easily drinkable.

Third pint glass from cask at Standing Order during Wetherspoons real ale festival 08. Clear Amber body with virtually no head. Aroma of late oranges. Blend of sweet, sappy fruits in flavour with shades of bitterness in the aftertaste. Worth repeating [Edinburgh, 13.11.2008].

Cask-conditioned at the Knights Templar, JDW, Bristol. The previous review sums this one up perfectly. Copper coloured, with plenty of chewy malts and a rough, rural edge. Drinkable though.
