A pale amber ale crafted with English and Belgian malts and flavoured with English Goldings and French Fuggle hops to symbolise the areas where the British tank, invented in Lincoln 100 years ago, first saw action. Brewed for the 100th anniversary of the tank.

1/8/2019. Bottle from Bottle Mix, Kettering. Gusher! What was left poured slightly hazy golden orange with a frothy off-white head. Aroma of citrus, orange, hops, sweet malt, straw and light bready notes. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Appearance - golden with a nice fluffy head. Nose - elusive, some cornflakes. Taste - crunchy, nutty bread. Palate - close to medium bodied. Crunchy texture. Dry crunchy finish. Overall - quite challenging but ok.

500ml bottle shared with Ashton McCobb. Pours clear pale amber with a thin white head. Aromas light nuts, sweet malt. Taste is light sweet, faint earthy hop notes. Green bitter finish. Standard.
