From one Getränkmarkt, at Interlaken, in june 2023. Opening this bottle yesterday, after the meal. This one is light, smooth, wheat, a bit grainy and sour at the final, generous flavor of mango, bitter, 12.06.24

Appearance: Yellow golden, slight haze. Small, fizzy white head. Aroma: Lots of mango, not much else. Honey sweetness? Taste: Even more mango, quite sweet. I guess some wheat in there. One-dimensional. Bought: Paul Hayoz Weinhandlung (Flamatt), 330 ml, CHF 4.50 Info: 20/11-2021, BB: 12/1-2022
